      • Dear Audience,

        Welcome!

Last season, while living in Vienna, I found a job in Germany for the 2022-23 season at the Landestheater Detmold.

The FCO will certainly return, but we regret not having a concert for you this season.

We miss you very much, and invite you to listen to our video and audio clips on our Recordings page, and on YouTube.

With great appreciation and thanks for you, your encouragement, and support,

        Peter Freisinger, Conductor

      • The Boston-based Freisinger Chamber Orchestra began in June 2008, and has presented 22 concerts and 28 full-scale orchestral readings. Strings (15) and winds (7-15) are mostly graduate students and alumni from Boston University, New England Conservatory, the Longy School of Music, and the Boston Conservatory at Berklee. Concerts also feature young singers in repertoire from opera to Broadway, accompanied by the conductor at the piano. Living composers discuss their pieces after premieres.

The FCO is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. If you wish to be added to the email list or contribute, please Contact Us!

Thanks to all who have participated in concerts of the Freisinger Chamber Orchestra, and welcome to our new audience members!

        Sincerely,
        Peter Freisinger, Conductor
